Paul Denniston has worked to develop a practice that blends the worlds of loss and yoga into a unique way to help individuals move through their grief experience. This practice allows emotions to move through the body by utilizing 4 steps that Paul strategically put together to create a unique practice to help with healing after loss. The main focus of the practice is the utilization of movement, breath, and sound to help move feelings through the body and make way for healing. This practice includes many branches into various forms of yoga to make it complete. The practice draws from some of the following forms of yoga: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Let Your Yoga Dance, Laughter Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.

“This practice is not as much about physical flexibility as it is about emotional liberation.” – Paul Denniston

4 Phases

Build awareness of breathe and where you are holding onto feelings within your body.

Express emotions through movement, breathe, and sound.

Find connection with joy through dance, laughter, and flow.

Surrender to the idea of releasing your struggles and holding on to love.
